Chef Henry’s Longwood

Chef Henry’s has been around for only a year, but we have proudly served our clients in other locations since 1991. The latest restaurant was in Winter Park, Florida on Howell Branch Road. Chef Henry and Pastry Chef Estika gained a great number of loyal customers and so after a year’s break we decided to open another restaurant this time, however, a little differently. I decided to take on the responsibility of ownership. It has always been my dream to open my own restaurant. I started in this business very early on, making my first espresso when I was seven and I was hooked. From then on my sisters and I helped my parents in the Resort they ran in Slovakia. Here we are in Longwood in a beautiful restaurant with all the people in place waiting for you to come so we can showcase our heritage and the heritage of Central Europe. Come in for a wonderful experience with your loved ones or anyone you want to share it with. Chef Henry will cook you a great meal, Estika will bake you a strudel like your grandmother did and Evelina and I will do everything to make you feel like you are in our home for dinner.
